Your hotel was the best...
Liked: The location was very convenient, and the breakfast was prepared very well, and the food choices was very good also, and the staff were all friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: We liked everything about your hotel, and plan on returning to your hotel in four months and planning to buy stock if possible in your hotel.

Liked: Wow, the room was clean, for the price I paid, it feels cozy and fancy, wifi was fast, the staff’s are all nice!! Free breakfast. The location is very convenient. I will surely book this hotel again hoping their price is still the same
Disliked: Laundry, washing machine’s dirty, I saw some hairs. Hope they will clean it, we pay 2.50 for laundry the. 2.50 for dryer, I wish they clean them. But the over all stay is really thank you so much!

Liked: Clean room, comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: During check-in, the front desk gave us a key card to a room that was already occupied. Thankfully, she corrected the mistake quickly and got us into another room. The vending machine wasn't working either, so there was no bottled water for guests.The next morning at checkout, I asked the front desk attendant to double-check that I wasn’t mistakenly charged for a third room. I had booked and paid for two rooms, but with the mix-up the night before, I just wanted to confirm that nothing extra was added. Rather than checking, he assured me—without verifying—that there was no need to worry. I pressed a bit more, but he repeated the same and made me feel like I was bothering him for asking.When a customer requests something like this, it’s because they are concerned. Simply taking a moment to check and reassure me properly would have been appreciated. I will still be reviewing my statement, just to be sure there's truly "no need to worry."
