Not a good experience!
Liked: The “manager” was very rude and not welcoming ,when I arrived I went to check in & I was not greeted at all and when I paid for my room she told me that my payment had declined but the money clearly came out of my account. I couldn’t check in for over an hour and called the bank and they told me that the payment has been received by the establishment. She gets on the phone with 2 people over her I’m assuming and they were absolutely no help at all I ended up having to repay for my room in hopes that the other transaction would be credited back to my account. The room was not clean at all it had hair and shampoo in the shower, stains on the comforter, and chips on the floor by the nightstand. When I checked out the same lady was there, once again no greeting or anything when I let her know I was checking out she said “okay” in the driest way possible and did a head gesture for me to lay the key on the counter when I clearly was handing it to her. I always stay at different Comfort Inn & suites and this has NEVER happened to me before.

Not for family with kids
Liked: marijuana smell was very very strong on Friday night! This is the second time we have stayed here and both times it was very strong when i mentioned it to the front desk it was like oh.

Disliked: When I arrived at the property the desk clerk said that he didn't have a reservation for me. I showed him my app that confirmed the reservation. He then stated he doesn't have the room that I reserved (king bed), but for an additional fee he can put me in a room with two queen beds. I didn't need two queen beds. I should not have to pay more for that when he could clearly see what I booked. I almost felt like it was a cash grab. The right thing to do would have to put me in a room that you had available at the price I reserved for. I found other lodging.
