Liked: That it was clean & the staff was great
Disliked: Got to the property room we were first placed in, the tub was clogged. Over heard other guest state their toilet would not flush. They have very thin walls. The breakfast options could have been better.

Liked: We were in town for a relative's funeral and the hotel wasn't far from the church, which was a nice convenience.
Disliked: Our room didn't have a microwave and we were told that one would be brought to the room for us in 35 to 40 minutes and it never was.

Liked: Nothing much to write about what I like
Disliked: Very wasn't clean, commode flush was not working and when I called the help desk no one came in 2-3 hours, later we had to work on to fix it. Booking was included with breakfast but during check in they they are working on the kitchen and no breakfast. No room service unless you stay more than 3 days, we were here for 3 days, so we didn't get any service except few towels.

Liked: While I was on the second floor, I noticed that the area was being remodeled, with materials piled up near the elevator. The doors to the vacant rooms were slightly open, which made me feel a bit paranoid. I had never encountered that situation before.
Disliked: I booked the room thought Booking.com and when I got there the lady couldn’t find my reservation. We waited for almost 30 mins to find my reservation and nothing. Finally she talks to her manager over the phone and he guided her how to go about the reservation. It was a bad experience because I was really tired and just wanted to go to my room.
