Overall, good stay. We only stayed 2 nights, so our only issue was a slight inconvenience. The sheets were clean, the AC was cold and the black out curtains did their thing.

Liked: Super close and convenient to the venue.
Disliked: Only down side was we made absolutely certain to remove our do not disturb sign. When we got back to the hotel from the concert, we found that instead of cleaning our room, they just put the do no disturb sign back on the hall side of the door and left it.

Beds were comfortable and room...

Liked: Lemon water in lobby, breakfast was good, beds comfortable and room clean
Disliked: Dirty microwave and refrigerator had mold in it

Comfortable beds clean rooms proximal...

Liked: I didn't have the breakfast. I love that check out was 11:00 a.m. and the staff was great. Beds quite comfy
Disliked: The TV had a strange white vertical line all the way down, but eventually I got used to it and didn't see it anymore LOL. I told staff about it when I left.

Roach Hotel

Liked: The staff was nice and accommodating. The location was good.
Disliked: The price was ridiculous for the facilities. My phone is full of images of room defects from ripped curtains to cockroaches. I sent emails and was told I would hear from the manager but haven't yet.

Would recommend if the beds...

Liked: The property was very clean, nice on the inside and out. The breakfasts were good, the pool was clean and the staff was very courteous.
Disliked: The Internet was horrible and the beds were not comfortable at all.
