The front desk clerk was very friendly (as well as other staff) and had given us great advice for a local food spot. I would give a higher rating but I booked a king suite to be able to lounge between activities but the couch and chair were pretty stained and we opted not to sit on them.

The reason disabled people can't...

Liked: We were excited to have a safe place to stay. However, we have service dogs, and we had a really bad experience during check-in regarding the dogs. I even attempted to explain the law and eventually provided the documentation for the dogs, which is not legally required. We were also informed we were not welcome to breakfast.Once we got to our room, we discovered that the ground floor window did not lock properly and could be opened. Later that evening, around 1:30 AM, the fire alarm sounded for about 20 minutes. The fire department had to come to our room but found no cause for the alarm. Despite this, the staff continued to accuse us of smoking, even though we were asleep after a very long drive.As a result of being abruptly awakened, we could not go back to sleep until around 4:00 AM, and we continued to wake up in a panic for days after the entire ordeal.
Disliked: Treatment from staff except the next morning they were amazing!

Great first-time experience

Liked: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very close to family we were visiting. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Exercise room on site. Indoor pool. Free breakfast.
Disliked: No complaints.
