Stay was great, would stay...

Liked: Staff was super friendly
Disliked: Pool was freezing so my husband an son didn’t really enjoy it, when we first got into the room there were crumbs on the one bed but staff was nice an got us new blankets , we were places on the first floor so the lights outside shining onto the building was lighting up our room all night

Exceptional

Liked: Staff went out of their way to assist with check in , staff was extremely friendly and ready to help at any given moment .

Juggalo Gathering 2025 stay

Liked: Staff was really nice. Especially Brittney and the new housekeeping girl. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Pooll was kinda cloudy but nice.

I was disappointed in this...

Liked: location was close to Heath business district and close to highway access
Disliked: cleanliness of room, especially carpeting was poor. Lighting was poor with some light bulbs broken

I would plan to use...

Liked: the room was just as reported very comfortable bed could have used some USB charging portals but other than that room was very clean plenty of towels nice tv
Disliked: Breakfast could have a few more healthier choices with real food

Disliked: The room smelled musty. Had to ask for room to be cleaned on the third day. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was super loud rattling. The sink had a leak when it was turned on and it would get the counter top wet. The breakfast was not good. The trash cans outside were over flowing with trash all four days. I will go back to Holiday Inn express from now on it is a much nicer place.
