Liked: The location and staff were great! Room was clean and comfortable as well.
Disliked: The bath towels need to be bigger and more absorbent. Also, customers should have first dibs on breakfast rather than locals.

Great value but...

Liked: Very clean inside and out. Reception and housekeeping were wonderful! Items at breakfast were great. Perfect location for attending the Scottish Highland Gathering in Choctaw.
Disliked: While the items at breakfast were delicious, the atmosphere and attendant were anything but hospitable. The attendant was the most sour, grumpy person I've ever encountered in a hotel in my 60+ years. She squawked loudly about guests filling up their yetis with coffee. Only 2 coffee urns were used, and so, of course, they were empty numerous times while we were in the area. Signs were all around the buffet room warning guests not to get seconds or serve themselves large portions. Items were not replenished when breakfast time still had a half hour to go, regardless that guests were still showing up to eat. Is this kind of behavior reflective of management?! Yeesh.
