Liked: Leslie who ran the breakfast area was ahmazzzzing! She worked hard to make everyone happy and she clearly loves her job. Pls find a way to recognize her for an outstanding employee. Constantly smiling and so pleasant as she worked so hard,truly dedicated.

Poor

Liked: The breakfast was good, but the furniture in the breakfast room was in real bad shape and needs replacing.
Disliked: The room rug felt sticky and the smoke alarm started chirping around 2:00am. Batteries were dead.

Liked: breakfast was okay. we came down 8:45 a. space too small for the # of people trying to get food and use the waffle machine, toaster, etc.
Disliked: Reception was not fully on how to charge for rooms and enter in computer. she ended up charging me for THREE nights when we only stayed ONE. Causing me to have to spend time trying to correct her error and also shortening my bank acct. so we had to transfer money. Was not happy about that and still not rectified at this time of entry.

Disliked: The 1st room was moldy and dirty, so I was given another choice. The second room also had mold in the bathroom, but not as much. Notified staff, only said they would notify maintenance. I hope I don't get sick. There was an apartment sized refrigerator in a strange location in the middle of the wall, and it seemed out of place. There was an empty wine fridge with a blue light that stayed on all night. Strange jacuzzi from the 90's. I haven't seen one of those in a while. It looks like the furniture was just dumped in the room, and they will put it where it goes later. Next time, I'll call the hotel directly to reserve a hotel instead of using booking.com. I've stayed here before with no issues. I was very surprised this time. I'd like a refund.

Liked: Really the one thing that we liked that was worth mentioning was the staff.
Disliked: We were given a room that had a water leak from the Jacuzzi which ended up having our clothes, shoes, and other items being soaked. We asked for any rate returns/price adjustments and was just offered a different room to be in.
