Just ok

Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: Had issues with the tv and had to move to another room. Very noisy hotel, as I could hear the upstairs guests quite well. Worn drapes and tired-looking bathroom. Needs updating.

I will not be back...

Liked: The morning staff. Both the gals getting breakfast ready were easy to talk to and made me feel welcome.The morning manager went above and beyond in helping me A. Get a ride to the airport. And B. locate a missing item.
Disliked: First room TV did not work. Stains on carpet. Curtains were ripped. Second room. Stains on carpet. Pin holes in black out curtains. Old icky matress. The matress wires would hurt me when I was getting in or out of bed. I had the elevator to the left and stairs to my right. Heard all traffic up and down. Terrible for a 3 night stay.Both vans were broken so an employee had to come get me and take me to the airport in her personal vehicle .

Poor

Disliked: I was told there was airport shuttle. when I arrived at airport I called three times . They didn't answer the phone. My injured son who I flew to drive home had to pick me up. very upsetting

Needs a makeover

Liked: Location. Closer to skiing. Breakfast buffet very good. The buffet staff person works very hard and we appreciated that.
Disliked: Needs a remodel. Carpet is dirty. Getting pretty old

Pleasant

Disliked: Needs an upgrade. Carpets worn, shower heads crusty, etc. Needs some investment in upgrading the building and rooms etc.

Liked: Location was great, breakfast was good.
Disliked: The heating/ac unit. Knob was broken. So was unbearably hot or freezing....

Best Breakfast Ever!!

Liked: The breakfast was the best I've seen in years. They had scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, bisquits and gravy, and a variety of other things. The room was very clean. Overall excellent stay!
Disliked: All was great!
