Comfort Inn & Suites Greenville Near Convention Center

I asked for a room away from the main street and I was given the best one possible! Good cable with lots of channels? YES. Good shower with hot water? YES. Fridge and Micro? YES. Free WiFi? YES. I could be super picky and fuss about the fitted sheet that didn't, but in the scheme of things, no big deal. The location was handy since I was attending a graduation at Williams Auditorium. Breakfast was adequate. The rate was reasonable. I would stay at this Wingate again!

Liked: looked good on reviews and seemed clean when we got there before we had made it to our room.
Disliked: When walking into out room we are surprised to see the bed messed up, the horrible smell of mildew, and DIRTY Underwear sitting on the chair. Yes the smell was bad but bearable, but dirty underwear getting completely missed during cleaning. We then asked for a refund and staff began to become rude. When walking downstairs we were handed our receipt for the refund by a staff member who was making it seem like we were being the problem when we walk into a dirty room.
