Comfort Inn & Suites Greenville Near Convention Center

I asked for a room away from the main street and I was given the best one possible! Good cable with lots of channels? YES. Good shower with hot water? YES. Fridge and Micro? YES. Free WiFi? YES. I could be super picky and fuss about the fitted sheet that didn't, but in the scheme of things, no big deal. The location was handy since I was attending a graduation at Williams Auditorium. Breakfast was adequate. The rate was reasonable. I would stay at this Wingate again!

Liked: The 1st night I drove 11 hours and arrived late, 10:45 pm, got in my room and was completely out of shampoo, went to sleep after that and was woken to banging doors, yelling and running in halls until 3am, no sleep and has a miserable day all say Sunday. The next night was good and caught up on sleep. Wasn't asking to be compensated, they didn't even offer or discount my stay, I stay with comfort as 2nd option. There lack of empathy made up my mind for future stay. It was like it was my fault for booking and deal with it.even after they had numerous complaints and calls all night. I shouldt have to push the issue to be offered or fixed.
