Liked: I leave very early, did not have breakfast, but did appreciate the coffee being made and ready to go

Liked: The location was near a lot which was great!
Disliked: The lack of pool towels there were none by 8pm both nights. We had to use our room towels. And then the front desk wouldn’t give us fresh towels until the next day. Not to mention they were vacuuming the hall on Sunday morning at 8:45??? And after we checked in the housekeeping just came into our room unannounced. The sheets were dirty and had what appeared to be dried boogers on them

Pool/hot tub not accessible

Liked: The breakfast was pretty good
Disliked: The whole reason I booked here was for the pool and hot tub, but they were both not working for out stay, the staff told us each day that it was supposed to be up and working that day and it never got fixed. I paid full price for amenities that were unavailable the entire time.

Overpriced budget hotel that doesn’t...

Disliked: Hefty price at $230 for 1 night mid-week and the hotel is less than welcoming. The front desk staff was absent for more than 10 mins when I tried to check in @7pm. Opened the door to the room assigned & found it had unmade beds and was not cleaned. Returned to the front desk and the staff didn’t believe me. She reluctantly assigned another room but was unapologetic for the inconvenience.

Smelly stay at the Comfort...

Disliked: The front desk staff had my family wait in the lobby for 30 minutes to check in. There wasn't a line nor was it busy. When they did help us they weren't friendly and they didn't apologize for making us wait. The room was dirty, it smelled and the TV didn't work. There were cigarette burns on the curtains. Although the floor we were on was smoke free the hallway smelled of smoke. Terrible staff service and un clean would not recommend staying at this place.
