Liked: The breakfast looked good although I didn’t eat anything. The bathroom facilities are dated and need to be renovated. Toilets are too low, I’m sure for many of your customers. For some reason I didn’t qualify for “Reward Points”. I always seem to have trouble when dealing with your reward points.

For some reason I didn’t qualify for “Reward points”. I always seem to have difficulty with your reward program. It’s not very user friendly and difficult to understand.
