Liked: Breakfast and location was great. I slept great!
Disliked: I forgot my toothbrush brush and the store was closed. The toothbrush I received from the front desk was awful and fell apart the first time I used it.

Liked: Unfortunately, the experience was horrible from start to finish.
Disliked: Worst experience of my life. The property put me in a position to handle issues between them (Comfort Inn and Suites- Grand Black/Flint), and booking.com. Spent my entire first night on the phone with booking.com for Comfort Inn and Suites handling a payment issue between the 2 companies even though I was paid in full. I was charged 2 deposits, one cash and one card. Property argued with me about how they didn't take a 2nd deposit, I have included screenshots where you can see that I was charged a second time. I was asked to call booking.com due to their payment issue they caused. Property happily took my first deposit from me (cash), but would not give me keys to my room or allow me to fully check in even though I paid in full. I was spoken over and interrupted multiple times by Laz and Sherry, and nearly touched by Sherry during a conversation when I asked why the property couldn't handle this with booking.com. Even though I produced proof through my bank account, and a receipt from booking.com... I was told I couldn't say in a "free room". Hotel was also dirty, sheets hadn't been changed or cleaned from the previous guest. Hotel attempted to charge my card about 7 or 8 times even after seeing proof of payment. Property refused to call booking.com and handle the issue with them. Spent 4 hours as the customer service go between for Comfort Inn & Suites and booking.com. I need someone from booking.com and Comfort Inn to reach out to me promptly to resolve these issues as soon as possible. I have a statement typed and ready to send over about my entire experience.
