Wonderful, except bug

Liked: I loved absolutely everything. Except I woke up in the middle of the night and did see a weird looking bug on my pillow. I've not seen a bed bug, so unaware if that's what it was. I killed it and didn't see anymore, but it definitely grossed me out and I wasn't able to go back to sleep. The staff was all amazing and everything was super clean!

Liked: Discovered I left my toiletry bag when I arrived home. Because I live out of state it was too far to travel back to Flint to retrieve. I Called the hotel to report and it was sent out to me the next day. Thank you.

Customer service is OUTSTANDING

Liked: Staff was very friendly, especially the young lady that checked me in, ( Ms. T-Tonya). She went OVER and ABOVE to make us feel welcomed as first time guest at Comfort Inn & Suites.

Disliked: Our room wasn't ready for 2 hours and the hot tub was closed.
