Liked: Location perfect for our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Cleanliness. The whole room needed a good deep clean, questionable about whether blankets and bed covers are washed between clients as there were hairs on them. Hairs in the shower, exhaust fan in bathroom has never been cleaned. Sheets were clean, crockery was clean.

Fantastic location with great facilities....

Liked: Having the washing machine and dryer close to us was fantastic. Being close to the free bus stop to Kings Park was great and we were able to part the 12 seater across the road without hassle.Couple of convenience stores close by and a very short walk to Subway.Beds were comfortable. Handy having a dining table, cooktop and microwave. Convenience items onsite too for purchase.We splurged with breakfast on the last day and there was a satisfactory choice - option to ask for gluten free bread and poached eggs a bonus!
Disliked: Filthy smokers sitting outside the entry. Trying to get everyone on board the 12 seater quickly before the cabin filled with smoke was a challenge.
