Disliked: Not a pleasant stay at all, cleaning service was very poor, Customer service that I received from the Manager Samantha was very rude and she came across racist.

Good place to stay in...

Liked: Ok place to stay in an excellent location in central Perth if you are on a budget. The room has everything you need including fridge microwave and kitchenware, TV, wifi and AC. Staff were all very cordial. Excellent value for money considering other nearby hotels.
Disliked: Bathroom was a too small. Building and some room furniture were a bit outdated and worn down.

Bad

Disliked: The first room was not habitable, long list of things not working and not safe. Second room most things working but very tired and old looking. Very run down hotel and disappointing for the price. When we complained about the first room the staff didn't seem to be surprised and quickly offered second room and a refund if we didn't want to stay for the whole week we had booked. We quickly found another place to stay. Didn't feel comfortable staying for any longer.

We had a good time

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Staff also excellent.
Disliked: A bit disappointed with the bathroom size, but spoken to Management staff to sort that out next time.
