Liked: Very happy with the breakfast variety
Disliked: Toilet tank needed a repair as well as sink faucet leaked onto counter. Told staff. Manny, maintenance worker was swift, efficient and effective!

Liked: Handicap parking was well placed for access to rooms and elevator.
Disliked: No vent or, if there was, it didn't work.

Disliked: The facilities were in need of up keeping or repair. They were preparing to replace carpets that were coming up. Our door did not have a seal around it, letting in A LOT of light from the hall during the night. I think they had removed them when they repainted the frames but had not replaced.

Disliked: The front desk staff was horrible with a capital H. She showed very obvious signs of racism and she kept and overcharged for a one-night, night one-room accommodation.

Liked: Location was great. It was close to several restaurants as well as shopping. Motel was clean and comfortable. Pool was pretty.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok. Could have been more choices or variety to eat.

Take off the surprise $100...

Liked: Very Friendly staff and great location.
Disliked: The AC unit in the room was extremely loud, literally sounded like being on the runway at an airport. ALSO I strongly disagree with the additional $100 hold on my credit card to stay the night. I paid for room then when got there was told that we could not stay unless we allowed them to hold an additional $100 on my card. We almost left because of that but was late. Worst part is we didn't know about charge till we arrived at the hotel.
