Do not recommend!

Liked: Beds were comfortable
Disliked: They don’t tell you but be prepared to pay $200 for incidental fee, a card authorization and what you pay for the room. Which would have been fine had I known. So out $377 dollar room went to $800 being held on my card. Yes I get the authorization and incidental fee back eventually but it wasn’t planned so inconvenient as other hotels I’ve booked through booking didn’t have this. Then they put us in a dirty room. Had to go back to desk to tell them that it was dirty as in beds not made, trash in the floor, plumbing parts in the bathroom. They moved us across the hall luckily it was cleanish. The top blanket stained with who knows what. Hair and whole on the fitted sheet. They do not service the rooms unless requested and a double queen room means only 2 towels when you have four people and have to go get towels. The front desk was rude Friday night and Saturday morning. One outlet had metal stuck in it. The breakfast was gross and the fridge with yogurt and butter was warm not keeping anything cold and they didn’t seem to care. The manager finally came in Sunday when checking out and she gave us a $50 discount and some points but that was it for weekend of crappy hotel. The pool is also out of commission so my promise to swim to my kids was broken cause the pool is closed. I also asked for plates from front desk for our dinner we ordered and they acted put out and annoyed I asked.

Liked: I didn’t like anything about this property.
Disliked: It was very dirty. I thought the rust on the floor was blood. The staff was rude & had attitudes. The POOL was not working. NEVER AGAIN.

Disliked: The beds where way to high! If you are under 5”3 please bring a step stool.. a when checking out if you book through someone other that the property they will not give u a check out sheet!

Liked: Everyone was so friendly. And very helpful. Especially Liz Wyatt & Keila Lea.
Disliked: The hallways need to be vacuumed.
