Disliked: The sofa bed mattress was stained with blood, and the front desk couldn't do anything, not even moving us to another room! We had to sleep in the same bed. They also changed our room from a two-queen bed to a king bed, and the sofa bed was impossible to use.

Would have preferred not to have someone standing over you throughout..felt uncomfortable At 9.30 in week juice machine and coffee machine switched off..£100 excess of original price on booking.com ..but this will be refunded after 3 to 5 days after checkout.. we will see 👀!!
