Definitely would visit this hotel again. Great location and close to Ruoff Home Mortgage Event Center.

Liked: Very clean; pleasant and friendly staff; quiet.
Disliked: Older hotel with upgrades that were noticeable.

Staff did great job interacting with all the Foo Fighter loyals. They went out of their way to accommodate us. One particular gentleman saw that we had danced our bodies into muscle spasms and let us use the hot tub, although it closed 2 hours prior. That gifted hot tub soak put an already awsome experience on the edge of Epic Trip. Thanks for taking care of us and not pre-judging us ass punk kids! You were great!

Ounce we got to our...

Liked: Seemed clean and good location. The breakfast was decent too.
Disliked: When we got there there wasn’t anyone at the counter. The cleaning staff was unable to help. Had to call to finally get someone to show up.

Dangerous floors for disabled patrons

Liked: The pool, and location
Disliked: Staff was not easily accessible except by phone. And the main floors and elevators were always wet from unattended youth running from the pool. Which was dangerous for me being disabled

It was a fine place...

Liked: Hotel was very clean. Good checkin. The King room was very spacious with a nice sitting area.
Disliked: Breakfast was very disappointing so we ended up going to a nearby restaurant for breakfast.
