Definitely would visit this hotel again. Great location and close to Ruoff Home Mortgage Event Center.

Liked: Very clean; pleasant and friendly staff; quiet.
Disliked: Older hotel with upgrades that were noticeable.

Conveniently located; great restaurant/bar next door; friendly and helpful staff; the rooms were very nice.

Liked: Friendly fast check-in. Room was great.
Disliked: No exhaust fan in bathroom.

Staff did great job interacting with all the Foo Fighter loyals. They went out of their way to accommodate us. One particular gentleman saw that we had danced our bodies into muscle spasms and let us use the hot tub, although it closed 2 hours prior. That gifted hot tub soak put an already awsome experience on the edge of Epic Trip. Thanks for taking care of us and not pre-judging us ass punk kids! You were great!

Awesome stay, will be back!

Liked: Super clean and no smell, bed was comfy with plenty of plush pillows.
Disliked: Only downside is that the breakfast was a little short on options, but had the standard waffle maker, yogurt, cereal, and egg/bacon.

Liked: A relatively new property, so facilities and amenities are modern. Appreciated the coffee machine being available 24/7. The breakfast was basic, but satisfactory. There were several fast food outlets, restaurants and a Walmart within walking distance.
Disliked: Our room was on the ground floor, and I could hear traffic from the main road during the night.

A Surprisingly Affordable Gem

Liked: This hotel is a pleasant surprise. The room rate was very reasonable - so much so that I had some concerns before arriving. But everything about the hotel greatly exceeded any expectations - from courtesy of front desk snd housekeeping staff to the clean and well-maintained facilities to the convenience of shopping, dining, and access to other parts of the city. I stayed here for two days during a solo trip to explore bike paths around the southeast and Midwest. This was not the most expensive stay, but the quality of service and care were the best of my trip.
Disliked: Nothing at all.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Noise from interstate that was blocked out by our sound machine. Went to breakfast at 8:50am and was poorly stocked even though breakfast is served until 10am.
