Definitely would visit this hotel again. Great location and close to Ruoff Home Mortgage Event Center.

Liked: Very clean; pleasant and friendly staff; quiet.
Disliked: Older hotel with upgrades that were noticeable.

Conveniently located; great restaurant/bar next door; friendly and helpful staff; the rooms were very nice.

Liked: Friendly fast check-in. Room was great.
Disliked: No exhaust fan in bathroom.

Staff did great job interacting with all the Foo Fighter loyals. They went out of their way to accommodate us. One particular gentleman saw that we had danced our bodies into muscle spasms and let us use the hot tub, although it closed 2 hours prior. That gifted hot tub soak put an already awsome experience on the edge of Epic Trip. Thanks for taking care of us and not pre-judging us ass punk kids! You were great!

Disliked: Towels and bedding had stains. The rooms were also loud because of slamming doors and the highway.

Wouldn't stay here again.

Liked: The breakfast was measly. The shower was clean.
Disliked: When we booked, we clearly stated we'd have five people. They gave us a room with two beds, but we had no place for our fifth person, so we asked for a cot or rolling bed. They had nothing, so my 14-year-old son ended up sleeping in a very small chair and then the floor all night. That wasn't cool.
