Exceptional

Liked: Breakfast was good. The bed were comfortable. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The fact that you guys do not have a hot tub you really need to change your photos on booking sites because that’s the only reason I booked this room with my son wanted a hot tub. After we moved our daughter into her apartment in Fayetteville. That is false advertisement.

Great price, clean and close...

Liked: It was very close to the college which was great for us. I like how it was decorated for the University of Arkansas. It was very clean and a great price.

Decent

Liked: It was very comfortable.
Disliked: When I got there, I waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes or more, waiting for someone to check me in. I called the hotel to tell them I'm at the front desk. They really need a bell to ring for assistance. Also, I wish the curtains would close all the way. They had the sheer ones that did, but the ones that would keep the light from coming in were designed not to close all the way.

Liked: The proximity to food and stores
Disliked: The property stated pool and spa but the hot tub was filled in and the property no longer has one.

Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: We were looking for a reasonably priced place to stay the night.. We were in town for the celebration of life gathering for my mom. We stayed in the "handicapped accessible" room on the 3rd floor. The first thing we noticed when we got into the room is it looked a bit "dated". We also noticed that the bathroom was dimly lit with a broken light cover over the bathroom sink. The light above the shower flickered several times before coming on. The door to the bathroom was hard to close. You had to give it a good tug. It took a few tries to get the closet door to stay closed. Also, the room wasn't that well lit either, giving us a dated hotel experience. We drove a bit over 2 hrs for an overnight stay under emotional circumstances, and thought we would be getting something better for the price we paid..
