Disliked: The lobby had a fragrance diffuser or some kind of artificial fragrance going on that was entirely too strong. We purchased some peanut m&ms and took them to a baseball game to eat and even hours later after purchasing they tasted like the smell of the lobby. My 14 year old even noticed it without being prompted. The bed was super hard and the walls were super thin. It was hard to get to sleep bc all the noise.

Liked: Some of the staff was friendly..
Disliked: Some of the staff didn't want to give extra towels or trash bags.. We stayed 4 days and didn't want 4 days' worth of trash in the room. Plus, we had a red ant issue.. Killed at least 4 ants a day.

average met expectations except shuttle
Disliked: Took 1.5 hours to get shuttle to ride 10 minutes long. Very poor communication from front desk person on that nite. Average breakfast, too many carbs. Exorbitant price gouging for the room for the eclipse, rooms available for half the price.
