Liked: I never got my splash passes as advertised and splash lagoon water park was closed while me and my family were there!

Liked: Staff were very nice and accommodating. They were available anytime we needed them. Rooms were neat and clean and close to everything
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable and they didn't have dryers for clothes had to walk next store and use theirs.

Exceptional

Our 2 day stay

Liked: I enjoyed the staffs friendliness, the welcome was awesome. Breakfast was better on the second day.
Disliked: We didn't get new towels at all to shower with. No housekeeping was done in our room. The lights from the pool shined right in our window, we were next to it, the curtains were sheers and the outer curtains were not movable and were only a foot wide.
