Overall, great stay! My kids...

Disliked: Housekeeping can be more efficient cleaning the rooms while the guests are out. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replenished during the day, until I asked the front desk to do so.

Liked: The breakfast very good. The cook was very nice and professional, and the food was hot and fresh. There was an issue with my first assigned room, and the desk attendant did quickly get me moved to a new room with no hesitation and was nice about it. The staff (desk attendants, cooks, hotel manager) were nice and welcoming.
Disliked: The overall cleanliness of the room was not the best. Pillows need to be replaced and furniture in the room appeared to be old. I personally had an allergic reaction from the room due to bugs. The hotel would have gotten a higher rating from me if it weren't for these things.

Great staff full breakfast. Great...

Liked: Great location I was able to check in at 9am instead of 2pm due to I has to decorate an event and I live 3hrs away.Most hotels the rules are 3pm-11pmThis was my 2nd time staying here.Check in time 2pm-check out time noon ;)
Disliked: There was a roach crawling up the wall by doorAnd it was 4 of us in the room but they gave us 2 face towelsMy booking said 4ppl
