Overall good experience; easy walk to Tacoma Dome; staff was very helpful with recommendation for restaurants.

Liked: Good location for concert; very friendly staff.
Disliked: Bed was not very comfortable.

Room was not what I booked so had to be moved. One lady behind the counter was very rude about moving us. She said, "do you really need 2-queen beds if you have a pull out couch?". I told her I wanted what I paid for months ago or compensation. I also thought the food tasted like hospital food. They don't do room service on concert nights so you are stuck with the gross food. Breakfast was average, nothing to write home about.

Liked: Clean room even though it was small. Only one rude person helping us, so hate to take it out on the others.

Liked: Proximity to the Tacoma Dome.
Disliked: I was woken up at 4am by a loud screeching/screaming sound from the hvac system. I tried turning it off and the sound did not stop. I had to pack up my things and leave. When I explained to the front desk, she didn't react as if it was an issue or offer another room.The front desk clerk the night before went above and beyond to help us with parking as there wasn't a single spot left.

Amazing place to stay for...

Liked: The location is AMAZING if you are going to the Tacoma Dome for an event, quick walk across the parking lot. Easy to park in the parking garage, easy access with room key.
Disliked: The room was very dated. Seemed very dormitory like. One of two elevators was broken. Stairs are not central and only one set of stairs connects with the lobby. Very little space to park while checking in.
