Liked: Hand soap.
Disliked: Contrary to what I was led to believe by your website it was not a Best Western.

Disliked: Nothing.

Overall good experience; easy walk to Tacoma Dome; staff was very helpful with recommendation for restaurants.

Liked: Good location for concert; very friendly staff.
Disliked: Bed was not very comfortable.

Room was not what I booked so had to be moved. One lady behind the counter was very rude about moving us. She said, "do you really need 2-queen beds if you have a pull out couch?". I told her I wanted what I paid for months ago or compensation. I also thought the food tasted like hospital food. They don't do room service on concert nights so you are stuck with the gross food. Breakfast was average, nothing to write home about.

Liked: Clean room even though it was small. Only one rude person helping us, so hate to take it out on the others.

Might stay again maybe if...

Disliked: Picture on TV was horrible, toilet ran all night cards weren't activated. And I felt like I was bothering the hostess

Very disappointing.

Disliked: The toilet sprung a leak and water was running everywhere..we turned the valve off...they didn't even come look..they gave us another room...none of the sleeper beds had sheets or blankets....

Disliked: Lots of work on premises being done. Only food was quick breakfast. No vending machines even. Needs work, but still enjoyed rest. Hope they get things fixed up

Disliked: The care of the hotel seemed subpar, smoke detector, missing in the bedroom, crumbs in the top drawer of the dresser, I had to ask for a remote, no telephone in the room.
