Location of hotel was great; room was awesome; clean. Check out was fast and courteous.
Liked: Room was very nice.
Disliked: Check in was poor.

Basically, this hotel works because it is in an excellent location and the rates are cheap for downtown Miami. After that, it's pretty disappointing.
Liked: Excellent location; low cost.
Disliked: Weak Wi-Fi; TV didn;t work; bathroom sink faucet handles leaked; no washcloth replacement; no drinking cups; windows looked as if they hadn't been washed since the hotel was built.

Very close to the James Knight Convention Center - very convenient location for conferences there.
Liked: Staff were all very helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: None of ice machines worked; no coffee pots for hot water in rooms.

Liked: My family and I stayed here for three night, it was so comfortable and staff was extremely courteous and helpful.
Disliked: The time went by too fast!

It was okay!
Liked: Did the job, but wasn’t overly great.
Disliked: They had an additional service fee charged which was not indicated by booking.com. Staff inadvertently charged me an extra $1000 upon arrival as they weren’t notified that I paid through booking.com. I was told that I will be reimbursed.
