Basically, this hotel works because it is in an excellent location and the rates are cheap for downtown Miami. After that, it's pretty disappointing.

Liked: Excellent location; low cost.
Disliked: Weak Wi-Fi; TV didn;t work; bathroom sink faucet handles leaked; no washcloth replacement; no drinking cups; windows looked as if they hadn't been washed since the hotel was built.

Very close to the James Knight Convention Center - very convenient location for conferences there.

Liked: Staff were all very helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: None of ice machines worked; no coffee pots for hot water in rooms.

Happy with the room.

Liked: Clean and super comfortable
Disliked: Dirty outside around the property. The breakfast was mediocre. Wish they had bacon instead of sausage.

Disliked: The room was not clean and when I called the office they didn’t answer, I went down to get a new room and they told me there were no rooms available and reimbursement was not an option
