Wait to book until renovations...

Liked: Clerk was so sweet…tried her best in a difficult situation. It was quiet.
Disliked: No remote..clerk tried three & finally found one that worked. Bathroom shower H/C handle broken. Afraid if it totally fell off there would be a flood. Mold/mildew around tub edge. Coffee machine not working next morning. Elevator not working. Construction going on! Should have charged way less for a room or closed until renovations done.

Liked: Staff was exceptional
Disliked: Elevator was not working and we were on the third floor with a lot of luggage to tote.

Liked: Access to the rooms being indoors and the continental breakfast was on point each morning.
Disliked: The bathroom did need some repair near the tub.

Liked: It's a relatively new property and in great shape and clean at this price point
Disliked: Elevator was broken butvstaff did best to keep people I ple in lower floors and in rooms near stairwells

Liked: The hotel is very conveniently located and the rooms are clean and spacious. They also have a delicious free breakfast.
Disliked: No

Liked: Quiet, clean, very good water pressure. Solid hot breakfast, contains biscuit with sausage gravy option, bacon or sausage, eggs and more.

Liked: The staff was very unprofessional and they put us in a room we didnt book!

Liked: Location was the most important, close to the hospital.
Disliked: We had to wait between 30-40 minutes before able to check in. We were told your card didnt work so we had to call you to get it straightened out. First time this ever happened to us.
