Disappointing

Very good

Liked: Room was real nice. The staff were professional and caring.
Disliked: The room was great. The only complaint I have is I was disappointed with the TV. Couldn't get internet. Had to have the staff show us how to use the TV, TWICE to even get antenna. The staff were great showing us how to get onto the TV and rapidly responded. Still never got internet the whole weekend. No guide chart in the room, got it from front desk the second day. Need instructions on how to get onto the TV and navigate through channels.

Uncomfort Inn

Liked: Convenient location off of highway.
Disliked: Room not cleaned. Comforter dirty. Trash in trash can, gum on floor. Beds not level, head angled down towards floor. Mattresses very old and lumpy.

Liked: Left too early, didn't eat
Disliked: The room had a strong cleaning smell that was overwhelming. It's the worst shower I ever used. They charged a lot extra for being a pet friendly hotel. I have 2 small Shih Tzu.

Average facility but great staff...

Liked: It was a complete breakfast. Eggs, waffles, sausage, bacon and ham. Plus items for a continental breakfast. Choices of juices. The woman working the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful.Also liked the cookies, lemonade and free newspapers in the lobby.
Disliked: There was no fitness facility.

One night stay was fine.

Liked: Good location for travel.
Disliked: A little run down.
