Disappointing

Liked: The bed, pillows, fridge in room, AC (it didn't get super cold, but it kept us comfortable and was a literal lifesaver).
Disliked: •The toilet was TINY! My husband and I have both had spinal surgery... we are not cut out for practically sitting on the floor. The worst part was that it could barely flush urine; we had to borrow a plunger more than once. My husband ultimately had to go downstairs and use the communal bathroom during our stay. We bought our home 5 years ago and have yet to need a plunger for our bathrooms. •The layout of the bathroom was very impractical. The toilet was SO close to the tub, and the door was in the way of everything. Definitely should be a pocket door, for the limited amount of room. •The coffeemaker was very dirty (couldn't drink the coffee). Thankfully, they had coffee downstairs.•Ice machines on 2nd AND 3rd floors were broken. So... you guessed it...we had to go to the 1st floor for ice. •The hairdryer did not work. This was the only time I made the decision to leave my hairdryer home, knowing there was one in the room, in an attempt to pack less. •The USB plugs next to the bed (window side) did not work at all. I was forced to go out and get a wall plug, in order to charge my phone. This is quite a list for the amount of money we paid. We got 2 king rooms for 2 nights. They did NOT uphold their end of the deal, at least not for our room. My mother-in-law only had the issue with the tiny toilet. We firmly believe they owe us some of our money back. I sent them (and you) an email, explaining the issues we had, but the one I had sent to THEM was undeliverable. Convenient. We had tried speaking with the front desk staff about it, but we were told they had no authority to do anything for us.
