VERY DISAPPOINTING!
Disliked: We paid for a three night stay, two on booking.com and an additional day with comfort inn direct. Their office manager told me directly there would not be a problem. HOWEVER, on the third day when we returned to our room ALL of our belongings were GONE. We were told that the housekeeping staff made a mistake! We were given 2 plastic bags with our things and our suitcases. They did not try to call us. We are in our upper 80’s and it was very upsetting. Were treated poorly.

It was nice, clean and...
Liked: Very clean, modern vibe. I liked that breakfast was included, I just wish there was a turkey sausage option.
Disliked: I did not like the pillows, there was no support for the head and neck. I am a side sleeper and woke up sore from my shoulder and arm hurting. Also three different occasions on my two night stay, the room key did not work, and I kept having to get it replaced and one time the hotel staff had to come and assist us after giving us a key that did not work. That made the stay a little annoying, especially when being tired and have to wait to get into my room.
