We won't stay there again.

Liked: They had okay breakfast.
Disliked: The 1st room we switched out of had a mold smell. The 2nd room had bugs all over the ceiling and wall and also had wet carpet in front of the air conditioner. We left the hotel early and canceled our stay. I see the response about "no show" that's not true

Liked: Serving person, as always, was wonderful. A little more variety would have been nice. The pool was great
Disliked: Knowing there was a real possibility that the elevator was going to go out. No dryer for several days.

Disliked: Room smelled bad. Had a rancid smell. It was clean, but I had to go to Walmart and buy some air freshener.

Liked: Staff was nice and accommodating.
Disliked: The room smelled musty and kinda stayed damp. Probably because the humidity was high and not controlled very well. The elevator wouldn’t operate on the second floor going down so we took the stairs. But I think it was fixed the next day

Disliked: The fact that when I arrived my room had been cancelled after I had already paid in full through booking.com.Customer service lady didn't try to fix the issue just told me I had to pay again because they haven't received any money from booking.com.
