Not willing 2 work with...

Disliked: I'm not sure whose fault this was. However, I saw that checkin was 3pm. My problem was I needed 2 ckin at 3am & ckout12 noon. The hotel charged me an extra $25.& did not care 2 work with me. When I stayed in Mariana,Fl, earlier this year, I had none of these issues. I'm very disappointed.
