Unsatisfied Stay

Liked: There was nothing I liked at all about this location.
Disliked: I wasn't going to leave a review but, a lot of things needed to be addressed. Before we got to the hotel, we had stated in the messages over a month ago to have both rooms on the main floor due to my son's and daughter's disabilities. We were placed on different floors, after 15 minutes of arrival debating how to switch around the rooms without being overcharged, but I felt like we were tricked out of that promise. Both rooms were supposed to sleep 4 to 6 people. They also read our messages wrong and didn't comprehend. Once we got into 1 of the rooms, we took plenty of photos with lights blown out, all the doors in the hotel had locks popped out, there were missing items such as the iron, electric sockets were out, smoke detectors were hanging out of the ceiling, and the ceiling has water-damaged. I felt that we paid way too much for a hotel that had a lot of damage done. Not only did they overcharge people for staying in this ridiculous place, but they also knew this hotel was NOT up to date. We will never stay at this location ever again. I've been at a few Comfort Suites Hotels and they NEVER look like this.

Disliked: elevators did not work

Staff was wonderful and understanding;...

Liked: Breakfast was fine. Staff was great.
Disliked: Had problems with rooms. First room wasn't cleaned, so I had to go back and get a different room. Second room key card didn't work. Thankfully third time was the charm. Another problem was the air conditioner leaking onto the floor. The carpet under it was soaked. As was the carpet by the ice machine, which was wet enough you could hear and feel it while walking on it.

Would never stay in this...

Liked: Location was okay for where we needed to stay. The guy working the night we checked in was the only plus about the stay!
Disliked: It was dirty, everything ripped, tattered and old as hell! Had no wash clothes, sink and shower didn’t drain right. Curtains and shower curtain was ripped and tattered. Nastiest comfort Inn that I’ve ever stayed at!!!

Worth it for a cheap...

Liked: Overall notes of positivity would include: decent breakfast, a place to rest your head, and the location from where we needed to travel to was optimal. Being next to a convenience store was a plus as well for extra snacks and drinks!
Disliked: I understand that repairs may be necessary from time to time as things break down but I was pretty grossed out when I had to keep walking on wet carpet to get to my room since the guest bathroom was being fixed in the hallway. The drain to our bathtub was broken which was a bit of an annoyance but nothing super major. The housekeeping staff, while relatively nice, were very loud and kept slamming things in adjacent rooms while they were cleaning. Often times when we were visiting the front desk to either ask a question or borrow an office supple (i.e. tape or scissors), we were met with apathy rather than a smile and positive demeanor -- not a HUGE negative but I often felt more like a nuisance than a guest.

I would not stay there...

Liked: Elevator wasn’t working and looks to a place where people live
Disliked: The price with services not available is poor

Liked: Location
Disliked: The elevator was broken, and has been for three years according to another guest. My handicapped husband had to walk up a.full set of stairs to the second floor because they couldn't give us a 1st floor room. No notification, no email, no text so we could make other accommodations. Terrible place...and plan on notifying the ADA at first opportunity.

Wish we could’ve stayed longer...
