Liked: The pool and breakfast
Disliked: Our room had no wash cloths, or shampoo and conditioner was out and we went to the front desk to get more and we were told we could get anymore because it the cleaners job

Disliked: We had to keep reactivating the room cards when we came back to get in our rooms

Comfortable room, but deadbolt your...

Liked: The cleanliness of the room. All appliances worked fine in the room. I loved the friendliness of the staff at the front desk. They were very kind people. Breakfast area was nice and the breakfast itself gave you everything you needed.
Disliked: The shower floor was kind of gross. And the hallways/elevator/atmosphere outside of the room made me feel a bit uneasy. One of the housekeepers barged into my room one afternoon WITHOUT knocking or announcing herself, which made me quite upset, and I'm pretty sure is illegal to do. Housekeeping was also very loud in the hallway.

Disliked: I have a claim. Never stayed, need refund. Full of mold!!

Liked: The hotel itself was really nice. Pool was relaxing. They had a good variety at breakfast.
Disliked: Room was a little dirty at arrival nothing to crazy.

Disliked: The price charged for the room and breakfast was poor and tasteless. Macdonald breakfast taste better.

Clean room but too many...

Liked: The water pressure in the shower was nice. The king size bed was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I went to get on the elevator, and there was service button flashing. I told the front desk. He said it wasn’t anything to worry about. That was concerning. Got to my room but my key card did not work. Thankfully one of the housekeepers let me in. There, when I tried to watch tv and relax, it said ‘no signal’. I called the front desk and he stated it was an issue with their provider. I’ve traveled a lot, but this was the first time I never had tv service at a hotel.
