Disliked: I have a claim. Never stayed, need refund. Full of mold!!

Pleasant

Liked: The hotel itself was really nice. Pool was relaxing. They had a good variety at breakfast.
Disliked: Room was a little dirty at arrival nothing to crazy.

Dirty rooms for the price...

Liked: The location
Disliked: The price charged for the room and breakfast was poor and tasteless. Macdonald breakfast taste better.

Clean room but too many...

Liked: The water pressure in the shower was nice. The king size bed was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I went to get on the elevator, and there was service button flashing. I told the front desk. He said it wasn’t anything to worry about. That was concerning. Got to my room but my key card did not work. Thankfully one of the housekeepers let me in. There, when I tried to watch tv and relax, it said ‘no signal’. I called the front desk and he stated it was an issue with their provider. I’ve traveled a lot, but this was the first time I never had tv service at a hotel.

It'll do in a pinch

Liked: Beds and bathroom were clean. Walls were haphazardly patched. Pool area had visible black mold on the ceiling. We won't book here again.

Bad

Liked: Was there for my granddaughter who was in the picture at the hospital and had my reservation 1st room was dirty 2nd roo. Had someone in there also asked for a refund and the manager to call me and it never happened

Very good

Liked: I liked everything about the room time we got there. Time we left breakfast was absolutely fabulous.
Disliked: Pool wasn't open. That's a huge thing for me. I have a health problem and so everywhere I stay I make sure that I walk in the water or swim
