Liked: The stay was so bad I can’t remember anything good about it?
Disliked: We was rented a room that was not supposed to be rented because the lock was malfunctioned. So when I left my room that afternoon and returned to 10 PM, I was locked out of my room for three hours after being told by the manager over the phone that I could not get in my room until the next day because the maintenance man lived out of town. I was told that I would not be able to get my medication’s, I am a brain injury patient, my medical equipment that I sleep with, and my wedding clothes for my daughters wedding the next day and I was supposed to be at the wedding venue at 8 AM the next morning. The boy downstairs at the desk along with me finally convinced that manager that the door would be opened one way or the other that night. We was moved to two other rooms Because of air conditioner is not working. Wi-Fi didn’t work and we was told they didn’t know how to make it work so we had to be given the employee password for Wi-Fi and work on the computer downstairs in the lobby. The morning that we checked out, we went down 10 minutes before breakfast was over to get some fruit and they had breakfast all cleaned up and put away early. I guess you can make up your own mind as to whether or not this is where you want to stay, but my mind is made up for sure not again. Booking has filed a claim against him for reimbursement. I rented a King suite and ended up staying in a double queen and they would not even reimburse me the difference and they still have not done it. As far as I’m concerned, they stole money from me. That makes them a thief.
