Disappointing

Liked: Quiet, clean, & the beds were really comfortable. One room did smell like smoke and instead of being moved, the person was handed a can of febreeze

Except for the low toilet...

Liked: Pleasant staff; good size room
Disliked: The handicap room was large and clean, BUT, and I can’t emphasize this enough, the toilet was very low. I am not handicapped, although 84 yrs old, and have no idea how a handicapped person could possible get up and down.ALSO, I was told there would be scrambled eggs and bacon on the breakfast bar. This didn’t happen. Desk clerk said there seemed to be problem with the supplier.

Mostly a pleasant stay

Liked: The location was convient, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and the staff was friendly and pleasant.
Disliked: The floor in the room was sticky and when I walked on it barefooted, my feet became quite dirty. The bathroom didn't have anywhere to hang towels to dry except two hooks on the back of the door and the shower curtain rod. The room had only two small drawers, one in each of the two bedside tables, and I used both. If I had not been alone, that would not have been adequate.

Liked: The location was perfect but we had to leave after one of staying because how all the rooms had to take turns with the pool then the staff acts like we are being unreasonable for not understanding that. Also when we pulled up we had to pay 100 dollars extra but that was not stated on the website not pool rules for all the rooms people were upset
Disliked: I was so confused about the pool rules. All rooms had to take turns there were over 200 rooms, then we were only allowed an hour of swimming never in my life of traveling dealt with stupidity before. Then we had to pay 100 dollars more to even get our room or we couldn’t go in .
