Disliked: All started at check in , staff couldn’t find reservation through booking .. had to leave property to be called back later to be told they found it … staff wasn’t knowledgeable of booking.com procedures and payment source …. After showing proof of payment and reservation . Was told it wasn’t possible for room to be paid for prior to check in … essentially telling me the proof or receipt and reservation number I had of was false … check in was supposed to be 3pm …. Needed up being 10pm ..next morning at breakfast I witness front desk staff rudely interacting with other customers talking over and yelling at customer to move when he was in line to get beverage … bc he was in her way … Rude, rude ,rude …. Ac unit was working properly in room 331… was 95 deg outside .. room was 78deg and struggled to cool for the first night into then next day … no room service for the 3 day stay … unmaintained property , elevator 1 of 2 was out of commission .. room numbers were melted of the walls all through third floor… couldnt id room numbers… all in all not a pleasant stay … location of Hoyle was the best part about it ..
