The ratings during my booking...

Liked: The hotel was in a great location.
Disliked: Someone could have checked on the breakfast bar often. The food wasn't refilled often enough to eat in a timely manner. My room (bedding soiled, no towels. Refrigerator low cooling. No working phone.)

I would recommend this place...

Liked: The breakfast was delicious. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the staff member' attitude towards me. I pushed the spout on the container which held the waffle batter and the whole thing popped off. Needless to say the batter was oozing out everywhere and he just stood there shaking his head and rolling his eyes as if I did it on purpose.
Disliked: The food was great. The cereal dispenser was complicated and I couldn't figure out how to open it to get the cereal out.

Disliked: I booked a king-size bed almost 10 days ago, but they gave me a double bed instead. The staff didn't inform me about this during check-in, and when I brought it up after realizing it, they said they didn't have any king-size beds available. Additionally, the bathroom is tiny, and the door is difficult to open and close. everything else is good.
