From the moment we walked in, Bissa made us feel so welcomed. Her outstanding customer service really stood out.Despite the late hour, Bissa was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond—she even helped my mom wheel the cart so she could bring our things into the room. That small gesture made a big difference after a long day of travel, and we appreciated it more than words can say.The room was extremely comfortable, cozy, and exactly what we needed to rest and reset. If you're looking for a place that genuinely takes care of its guests, this is it.We would absolutely stay here again—thanks to Bissa and the overall experience, this hotel left a lasting, positive impression.
