could have been good but...

Liked: staff was friendly
Disliked: the microwave didn't work tub was dirty and there was a loud party that took over 5 rooms with loud music and very loud smoke smell

Disliked: The third floor smelled of smoke, coffee maker was missing, windows full of fingerprints from previous occupants, ceiling stained, tv remote didn’t work, etc…

Receptionist did a great job...

Liked: The individual at the front desk was polite and tried to accommodate to the best of his ability. worked as fast as he could, seeing that there were a lot of check-ins that day.
Disliked: The room wasn't clean, it had feces in the toilet, and an odor in the room. We were then placed in another room, which was comfortable but tired, and moving was not easy.
