Liked: Didn't get breakfast
Disliked: No one at office to check in when emailed ahead explainig needed to check in early fir 2pm funeral. Had to change in carpark.

Liked: The location is very central. Perfect for exploring Ballarat. Restaurants were walking distance from the motel. The room was very clean and spacious for the price. The only fault - no ironing board to iron clothes.

Liked: Location and good room size.
Disliked: Our room was right at the front of the unit block and next to the stairs so was loud at times. Not any fault of the property but we would ask for a unit at the back next time
