Disliked: When we got there the first room was dirty the tables haven't been wiped the cabinet where the TV was at had white stuff all over it so we asked to switch rooms and they second room hadn't even been touched by housekeeping the third room wasn't good it was still nasty and the hot tub had black stuff coming out of the Jets and at check-in time they charge my card one time and then I decided I wasn't going to stay for the two nights so we checked out the next morning she charged my card a second time so all in all they had more than $300 for my account that I no longer had access to for one night at this place and proceeded to tell me that they hadn't charged my card that it was a pending charge but it doesn't matter the money was still held for my account under two different charges one for $198 and one for $96 when they should have just charged the first time deducted the one room from that $198 and refunded the remaining balance to my account instead they charge me a second time and told me I had to wait 5 to 7 days to even have access to that money and still I'm not sure if it'll be returned so I had to make a claim on my bank account for a double charge for this property

Liked: Breakfast bar was great. Coffee was fresh and plentiful. Rooms were clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Wish you had smoking room inside. Also more hand soap.

Liked: The ladies at the front desk at check-in were very courteous and helpful.
Disliked: The room was NOT cleaned good and the halls smelled like dog. Also, some items in the room were old and cracking.

Disliked: The beds were rock hard, the TV didn’t work, absolutely no usb ports, unable to plug in coffee maker in room, door to room didn’t fully close. Will never book this place again.
