Poor

Liked: I couldn't find a room in Norfolk, so at least we had a place to sleep.
Disliked: A lot of trash around the hotel and the bathroom door didn't close and the door to the adjacent room was open.

Passable

Liked: Lights, appliances and shower worked.The full-length mirror was nice.
Disliked: People in hallway yelling loud enough to wake me up at 3am. One of the room keys did not work.Need two waffle irons for breakfast.Orange juice was not replenished.Breakfast hours should be expanded for the weekend.

The room served its purpose...

Liked: The shower was nice and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The room we booked was not available. We booked an efficiency with a full kitchen but were given a room with a microwave and mini fridge. The rate was reduced but only by $10 per night. There was damage to the room such as broken lampshades, holes in the bathroom door, and missing baseboards. My husband also stepped on a piece of broken glass getting out of bed indicating that the room had most likely not been adequately cleaned between guests.

We were disappointed.

Liked: Not much went well.
Disliked: Check in at this motel was already later than expected - 4:00 pm. We arrived about 4:15 and they didn't have a room ready. We waited in the lobby until 4:50 pm and then it took a long time to check in. The motel is not very clean. The elevator had a warning from officials that the inspection was overdue. The eggs ran out about halfway through the breakfast time. This is definitely not up to the expectations of a Comfort Inn.

I would not stay here...

Disliked: The property is run down, everything was old in the room from the linen to the carpet. The back door was always open. I was scared to go in the pool so we did not use it. Breakfast was make your own waffle, cereal and eggs.
