I was completely disappointed in...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was relatively clean.
Disliked: The carpet was dirty in the hallway and the tile outside our room (rm. 129) was dirty . The door to the microwave in our room would not open after use??? The lamps had shades that were cracked and dirty. The front desk people were difficult to understand--they were not fluent English speakers. The front desk person was on the phone when we arrived and continued his conversation for several minutes before he took care of checkin.

Disliked: The hotel itself needs work, everything is broken. The hotel inside needs a massive facelift and cleaned. The beds were worn out and uncomfortable. Room wasn’t clean, it was a just get by with type of spot clean. The couch they said was there wasn’t it ended up only being a chair and foot rest. That was nasty stained and worn out.

Liked: Nothing honestly they weren’t fussy when our first room were molded
Disliked: Everything the mold scent, the dirty dirty ac unit the bedding was not clean nor the wash clothes and towels I don’t think they use detergent and bleach/ Clorox. These people shouldn’t own hotels cause they can’t and don’t want to clean and they don’t want to pay people to clean or clean the proper way. Stuff is a set up man, have the open to pay but that’s no OPTION we had to pay online

Liked: I couldn't find a room in Norfolk, so at least we had a place to sleep.
Disliked: A lot of trash around the hotel and the bathroom door didn't close and the door to the adjacent room was open.
