Other than the broken sink...

Liked: The breakfast was good, but the eating area is very small.
Disliked: The plug in the bathroom sink was broken, making it difficult to use the sink.

Poor

Liked: That it was clean.
Disliked: The carpet smelled horrible in the halls and in the room we had to go get incense & febreeze to burn to even stay in the room. The breakfast is really basic and the pool was filthy. The door to the smoking area is locked so you have to walk all the way around the building even at night. Staff wasn’t very friendly.

Would not stay here again

Liked: The person at the front desk was very helpful
Disliked: Bed was terrible. It had sags and bumps . Was too soft Pillows were flat The sink did not drain and maintenance said we need to pull the stopper lever from under the counter. Also did not know how the shower worked had to go down and have the staff explain it. The halls smelled of weed.

Nice stay… would stay again.

Liked: The nighttime staff was very helpful and kind… She was from Jamaica. I don’t not remember her name, but I really enjoyed her.
Disliked: There was some wear and tear on the room… The carpet didn’t quite meet the wall, but overall, it was pretty good

We had a great time...

Liked: Very comfortable and clean. They were able to put our family's rooms across from each other. The pool was a hit with the kids. They breakfast was good. Bathroom was very clean.
Disliked: We got locked in the pool area a couple of times but was able to call the front desk. The lady was nice but a little standoffish. The drawer in the room had broken hardware but that was it.
