Nice enough

Liked: Great location and mostly nice staff.
Disliked: Someone was smoking pot in their room and the night receptionist didn’t seem to care it was happening. Do what you want but not around kids like that. My son has breathing issues already and all they did was spray a ton of perfume in the hall and put out the ozone machine.

It was a nice day...

Liked: It looked and smelled clean, the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous. And breakfast was what we expected.
Disliked: The parking could’ve been a little better and maybe some more choices at breakfast.

Despite night desk attendant &...

Liked: Convenient to all area attractions
Disliked: Booked specifically for indoor pool for kids enjoyment during down times. The pool was cold! Kids still managed to swim but adults in our party not so much. An unfortunate clogged toilet in our room was met with disdain & when we asked for a plunger. When we answered the door the night desk attendant shoved the plunger through the door & walked off without a word. We avoided her the rest of our stay. BUT everyone else was friendly & accommodating.

Decent hotel to stay one...

Liked: The location to lookout mountain was great, only 15 mins away.
Disliked: The ice machine on our floor was filled with frozen gnats. The first floor machine was fine, though.

The Staff was very friendly...

Liked: The breakfast food was plentiful, from cereal, waffles to eggs and sausage and much more. The man on service was so kind and helpful and the breakfast area was very clean.
Disliked: We had stayed in a Quality Inn and Suites the night before in a different city. I believe that hotel was newer and the set up of the room was much cozier and the bathroom was just nicer.

Superb

Liked: Great location- very close to highway and Lookout Mountain (Ruby Falls, Rock City Gardens). My son had the breakfast and he said it was excellent.
Disliked: Only a couple restaurant options nearby but close enough to downtown Chattanooga that it was not an issue
