Comfort Inn & Suites Chattanooga-East Ridge

We made our reservations in advance online and when we arrived, the room was ready and the check in process was fast. The hotel grounds and room were very clean. Our overall stay was excellent. The hotel was very quiet and our sleep was not disturbed like it normally is at a lot of hotels. We will definitely stay here again!

Disliked: Furniture was stained and filthy, sofa bed is not really a sofa bed, carpets filthy. Shower was ice cold.

Liked: This hotel has to rated as poor. Very inconvenient to handle luggage and getting to rooms; Rooms were not apoealing Room smelled, beds were to high for older persons, breakfast not appealing . I have reservations for next week and I would sure like to cancel and go to Hampton Inn. I would not recommend.
