Comfort Inn & Suites Carneys Point

It was close to Cowtown Rodeo which is what we were looking for.

Liked: We did get a non-smoking room.
Disliked: The reception area, elevator and hallways smell of smoke.

Liked: The outdoor and community areas were tolerable enough.
Disliked: The facility as a whole seems uncleaned and outdated. EVERYTHING smelled musty and of cigarettes. The rooms were dusty, the furniture was stained, the bathtub was peeling and rusted. The carpet felt extremely filthy and the breakfast was unappealing. I'm not sure if the experience is the norm for the area overall or if it's just this specific hotel. But for the 200 price a night, this was so not worth it. It was a convenient location for what I was visiting for but next time, I'd rather drive an hour out then to ever experience this again.

Disliked: Rooms were very dirty and DUSTY!! Dust blew out and we started coughing non stop throughout the night.Breakfast was misleading was fine but wasn’t great. They didn’t have any extra sheets at all. Nothing.. the whole blow dryer unit came off the wall. Shower had soap that was already used and left in there when checked in. I booked two room thinking it was two queens and somehow I got two handicapped rooms with one bed on two diff floors and my kids had to sleep on the floor. Was told when we check out in morning we can get our full refund because we not staying another night and was checking out only stay one night. The next morning the front desk says we can’t get full refund and charged us for two rooms we didn’t stay another night. I explained we were told we will get full refund at checkout in morning for nights we not staying. But then a diff person says no we charging for early check out. That’s NOT what we were told and nowhere did they say that.
