Fine, but they charged me...

Liked: The hotel was fine. I have rated it so low because they charged me a no-show for the first night even though I had modified the reservation - and they refuse to do anything about it.
Disliked: As above, they charged me a no-show even though I had modified the reservation in a timely manner. And when I showed up the next day, they never mentioned the no-show charge which we could have sorted out then and there. I sent them the email from booking.com confirming the modification, but they refused to do anything about it. And when booking.com finally got around to calling them about it, they denied charging me a no-show, later claiming that they were looking at another reservation. IMHO, terrible customer service, only exceeded by booking.com's Update: They did eventually give me a refund for the no-show, but didn't refund the $15 in taxes - still pretty lame, imho.

Very nice stay. Very restful.

Liked: Bed was comfortable Very nice outside setting, chairs, tables, flower garden on patio and yard games to enjoy. Breakfast was good too.
Disliked: Pillows were lumpy.

Comfortable & Convenient

Liked: Convenient location, bed was comfortable, the front desk was great including Travis, Assistant GM. There were a few things wrong it was corrected immediately! Also, the breakfast was very good!! The women there worked hard to get all things good!
Disliked: Nothing in general all good.

I was very pleased with...

Liked: The breakfast was good. Apples were the only fresh fruit offered; would be nice to have a few fresh fruit options other than just apples.

Great location between Glenwood Springs...

Liked: I liked the personal touches of the place: fresh lemon water and cookies at the front desk. Also, they had corn hole, giant jenga, and connect 4 outside. These made the stay more enjoyable. The continental breakfast was yummy and fresh. Also, the location was great! About 20 minutes from Glenwood Springs and 40 minutes from Maroon Bells in Aspen.
Disliked: Nothing. No complaints.

Liked: Room were very nice and clean. Staff was amazing and very helpful. On snag was they didn't clean room when requested multiple times

Clean and safe pet friendly...

Liked: Clean and rooms large and comfortable. Staff very nice. It is a value considering the area where accommodations are so expensive.
Disliked: Nothing really. Would be nice to have liquid body wash in shower.
