The attitude of the staff...

Liked: THE STAFF WAS GREAT!!
Disliked: This hotel is filthy, with trash under the beds. I walked through a spiderweb when I entered the room, The air conditioner was falling apart. It worked great but the door which holds the filter would not stay on. I told the front desk I was concerned that my 13-month-old granddaughter would touch the insides since it was exposed. She simply put the door back on and walked out. The door fell off 5 minutes later. I had to put the air conditioner door and filter under the bed to keep my granddaughter from playing with it. The window tracks were filthy with mold in the tracks. The room and the bathroom were dusty, and the carpet was a mess with stains and dirt. The mirrored doors to the closet were off-track and we had to fight with it to open and close it. The housekeeping staff needs to vacuum under the beds, remove the cushions from the chairs, and vacuum. I found so many crumbs and dirt in the chair in the hallway.

Very good

Liked: Decent hotel, quiet area off the highway. Staff very friendly as well. I usually make my stay here when the prices are decent.
Disliked: Sometimes you can here other guests. Staffing comes to the door before check out.

Good experience. Would stay there...

Liked: Breakfast had options, the staff were friendly and attentive. There was a pool available for use and a fitness room. The room we had was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
